When I approached Selby Carpets I was dealt with in a professional friendly manner. My questions were answered fully and without hesitation.

We made an appointment to go through some samples and a Designer was also introduced to help us with colour coordination. Again this was a discussion and not a sales pitch.
Their patience was great as this project was halted for over a year by us.
The order was eventually placed and on the fitting date I met the fitters. They were professional and got straight down to the job. They were efficient, friendly and flexible to our requirements. They completed the job with a small hitch but this was soon resolved.
All the office staff are very pleased with the end result.

After sending an online enquiry, I was impressed with Selby’s quick response and handling of our enquiry.  A very helpful and knowledgable representative then visited our site for a quotation, fully armed with suitable samples which he left us.  On the same day, we received our quote which we accepted.  The carpet tiles were fitted at fairly short notice on a day that suited us and the entire process went very smoothly.  We were very pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of Selby’s staff, the efficiency and flexibility we received and, last but not least, the final result.
